She's been identified as Jacqueline Coakley. I don't know that it's ever been officially confirmed though.

I was always under the impression that RL magazine just took a bunch of of stories and created the "Jackie" person out of thin air.

I figured it wasn't hard for a UVA student to figure out who she was, but the fact the media still uses her alias type name (even though it really isn't one). Just call her by her real name
