Im not trying to put you down, but I've seen people who have never lifted before walk in the gym squatting 300+ and pulling 400

You're too big a baw to have those squat and DL numbers. Shelf the bench and get on a squat/DL plan

I agree with everything you said but that. Maybe some youngster, but i highly doubt someone over the age of 30 can walk in the gym and put up those numbers with proper form.

I certainly haven't. There really aren't that many people in my gym truly squatting 315. Out of the people who actually put that much on the bar, probably 3 out of 10 actually do a parallel squat.
