No. For me to access, I have to change the TV seeing from HDMI 1 to 2, I click the Home button on the LG remote, scroll to the Premium choice and then hit Netflix.

My LG mini system doesn't stream anything any longer. I used to use it for Netflix and Pandora. Just use a fire stick now and I'm happy again.

When you're accessing Netflix through the home theater system, does it display the surround sound format? For Netflix content with multichannel audio, the audio stream should be encoded as Dolby Digital Plus format, and your receiver should display the format of the audio stream being played back.

There's also the caveat that not all Netflix content is available with multichannel audio. I find many older shows/movies are only available with 2-channel audio, in which case simulated surround sound like Dolby Pro-Logic II is the best you'll get.
