Agree 100%. Like I said, I don't think the people who can afford to pay higher wages to talented people are intentionally keeping some people at very low salaries. Or at the very least, this law doesn't affect those people drastically. It's the people who CANNOT afford to do business at wages higher than they are offering that will be crucified here.
