Barry was pissed the feds would not help him out of his problem in Louisiana. He threatened to talk and reveal a picture of Bush boys with one of his planes according to rumors. So Judge had him killed basically. This shite was widely known at the time. Even on Cocaine Cowboys they talk about Barry's CIA connections, and plot to kill in him in great detail. Ask Lewis about all this. He was his lawyer, Barry dialed a number from his official and it was Bush's private line

I find it interesting in the article linked in the OP, the author of the book claims that Seal was planning on skipping his parole and heading to Costa Rico...but he died the day before.
I think what is interesting about the article is that, for the first time, it basically insinuates that all of the CIA rumors are bullshite.
