...back, doesn't it make since that Sexton would steer Tubbs away from it. Maybe that is why Tubbs to Arkansas is happening.

How do agents get paid? Do they get a flat rate from the coach or is a thing where they get a little bump when they sign a new deal?

I don't think so. Sexton is in the business to get the most for his clients, he is a pimp and they are whores. We are the johns. All that being said, it is his job to market his lot. He will promote every single coach he has in order to get them in a position to garner larger wages. When they garner large wages he contiues to gain his comission.
