Definitely Seiko, Citizen or Orient for that price. If you bump you budget up to 200-500, they are a lot more options.
We can't have enough watch threads. I love watches but wear a Timex digital most days, ha.
I have that Bell&Ross, and absolutely love it. Casio used to make a great knockoff, just had to slap a brown band on the one on the left).
