I'm considering starting a tiny home community but need to look into zoning regulations and all that shite. I could put a lot of houses on it and people would eat it up here. Similar to a trailer park, but better in every way

I would think minimalism would be more akin to living in a tent with no electricity or running water versus having all the amenities is a really small space.
In a severe sense maybe, but I'm sure these people would like to keep their jobs and shower and stuff

I rent a 900 sq/ft apartment. Does that count?

I am trying to convince my wife for us to move in a 600 sq ft house in 5 years when our daughter graduates high school. We would still have a 1200 sq ft metal building to store all our crap in though.

I like the idea of cheap, but I can get a real house around here for that price.

Honestly, I can see why you'd say that, but I wouldn't recommend it (depending on where you live).
It's just me and the SO in our place, with the dogs, and it's just fine for us, but that's also because we are in a city where that is the norm. But space is a hell of a thing once you don't have it
