It's always smart to apply a granular fungicide in the spring and fall with St Aug. A granular insecticide and a good preemegent herbicide at those times as well to keep it healthy and weed free. This allows you to feed it in the spring without the "weed" selective herbicide component.

I applied a granular fungicide but with the torrential rains we have had here, nothing was going to keep the fungi suppressed.
