Disregard Terry Saban's Presence in BR

I know for a fact that the Sabans purchased an apartment complex in BR when they were here. I will not say where because some rantards will geaux egg the place. But Terry Saban deals with the firm that manages the complex, and she comes here often to meet with them.

so, explain this to me like i am a 2 year old, are you saying that her being here has nothing to do with the coaching search that is believed to be going on at lsu?? or do you think it does have something to do with it??

I'm guessing you don't dabble much in real estate. No one purchases commercial property in their own name. It is most likely an LLC, and you would never be able to figure out it was them. As to the other question, I know nothing about whether they are coming back to BR, but I seriously doubt. I'm simply pointing out that her presence in BR does not necessarily mean they are house hunting here. Terry comes back several times a year to attend to their property. She is very active in the management.

that is what i thought you meant and to be honest i never put too much stock into her being here = saban was talking to lsu about the job ... it is seemingly well known that they have a LOT of ties here and not uncommon to be in town ... thanks for clearing up for me ... shite it is early lol wheels arent moving too fast yet

-- but I was right in the sense that the Saban's name is not a part of the LLC! And this also confirms that they have commercial interests here. So just because they might be seen here means nothing. Oh and by the way, if the place does get egged, at least it wasn't me that they can blame!
