Would LSU want Spurrier?

Or is there too much bad water under the bridge. After LSU hired Archer over him, he poured it to LSU every chance he got.

True, but he seemed to enjoy it a little more vs LSU

I don't know -- Spurrier may have something left, but what makes anybody really believe he would want LSU now? He's in golf heaven where he is there in the Carolinas, with Augusta just a short jaunt away.

why not take him? he is better than any other coach.

coach Croom would be the best hire in the SEC. I know y'all wnat hire him just like we didn't but he is a great coach and a class act.

We need to find the next Steve Spurrier and let the original fade off into Bolivian.

Spurrier replaces Bertman, Saban replaces Miles and I replace Pelini!

In a heartbeat. It was LSUs fault not to hire him.

He may be a class act, but this was almost his last year at State. Sure he's beaten Bama the last two years, but that won't last. With Nutt at Ole Miss he may be looking at that 11th place spot in the SEC next year

It's official, Miles told the team today he accepted the Michigan job. Expect an announcement tomm.

Spurrier should have blitzed on 4th and 10 against Arkansas?

That is irrelevant. It is people like you who embrace losing
