His dad's Family is from Mamou LA. They dont know each other or for that matter know that they are kin, but he is also related to Josh Gray.

I posted this in another thread, but my cousin's husband is his coach at Cy-Fair. He said he would be shocked if he ended up anywhere but LSU.
