What about the wayne stabiler restaurant on Jefferson across from Bocage that used to be an old bank? Been seeing the sign for a "future wayne stabiler restaurant" for about a year now and haven't seen any construction.

I can tell you from the EBR Digital Map of Parcel Data that he bought the corner lot and the house RIGHT behind the site of the new restaurant(old bank building) which he obviously owns. I swear it looks like he'll have a gate behind his Bocage house to walk right into the new restaurant when done.
