No. As soon as the crazy old guy gets out of the truck, the police and/or FBI shoot. Looks like they hit the window on the truck. They also shot the truck as it approached the road block.

The guy in the back seat was no other than Ryan Bundy, son of Cliven.
I don't think any of them in the truck were related. They were all in that wildlife refuge takeover ordeal together.
