Who is going to occupy the Water Campus?
Why do they need a Tram to get to LSU or to Downtown?
Just asking because I don't know and I'm trying to understand where the demand will come from.

Minor thread hijack: Has anyone ever stepped foot in that shitty little bar where that construction is going on? I never even knew it existed until I saw it while walking on Nicholson from the stadium.
