Figured that out after posting, I did mention that later. I made an assumption based on where the school was located.

I found the full data by drilling down a little deeper. The entire student body there is actually 58% Asian with the freshman class being the one listed in your quote.

The Gwinnett School in GA is 23% Black which is the second largest block, the largest population block is Asian at 40%.

The quote is interesting and probably speaks to the cultural divide that seems to be growing between segments of our population.

I do agree it's a culture and poverty problem and not race but it's still safe to assume that if a school is majority black there will be a culture and poverty problem there.
