That is an okay team. A 6th-8th seed if everyone stays healthy, but not if they are trying to play a ball movement system.
Also as to Demps roster construction. If you are already a contender you can have veterans at the end of the bench who can sustain some until your injured player gets back. If you are not and know there will be injuries, then you have young guys at the end of the roster and hope if someone goes down that they grow and show potential to be more than an end of bench guy.
