I'm a frequent flyer and there is something about being in a plane that turns normal people into assholes, especially when it comes to families with children. It's hard to describe but its some kind of entitlement: "I paid $400 for this flight, dammit, and I don't want to be bothered by other humans'

Epi Pens are allowed on flights. Just have to notify security before you go through the screening process. I've got a kid with a peanut allergy, and we've flown before without issue. Just have to be mindful of your own situation and take whatever steps you can (always take the first flight out that day to ensure the plane is clean, have your party sit on either side of the kid, be mindful of your surroundings, etc.). It's really not that difficult to get it done without affecting any other passenger on the plane.
Clapping as they left was pretty shitty, although not surprising. People can be dicks sometimes![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

This. The people were probably clapping because their flight was being delayed. Who cares about the backstory, if "problem people" are getting kicked off so we can leave, yay!

I watched a guy on Monday practically yell at people in front of him to hurry up and get off the plane.
We arrived at the gate 15 minutes early.
