i agree, tyreke can give us a spurt when the team is running cold. But he's also someone who can start a cold spurt because he inexplicably starts playing tyreke-ball. Just like what Cole is doing now

You can't compare Cole to Reke. Cole never plays team ball he doesn't look to pass all he is playing for is himself to get another contract. I've seen to often Cole look at an open AD just to take a contested floater or pull up jumper. Tyreke is more in the Westbrook mode but not as good. More often than not he helps the team and cause problems to other team defenses but every so often he goes into brain dead mode where he cost us game. But the good greatly out weight the bad with him.

I like Tyreke, but I still question his fit with this coach. I can't remember what game it was but there was a sequence earlier in the year where there was great on and off ball movement. Tyreke passed the ball to someone, it ended up going to Jrue who then found a cutting Tyreke at the basket. It was beautiful basketball and what Gentry wants to see. This wasn't too long after he talked about Tyreke has to learn if he gives up the ball he'll get it back. It's the only play I've seen like that involving Tyreke where he starts with the ball and multiple passes and off ball movement lead to him getting an easy score at the basket. Can he do that regularly, because that's what this coach wants to see, but we've only seen this team look like that in short spurts.

It takes time in which he had no time to adjust to the system. As time went on he got better in it. He's not the perfect match for the system but he showed his willingness to change. I'm also sure going from Month ball when he had one of his best most winning season also had him hesitate to believe in the system after all the losing.

That not a huge difference worth being mentioned

but Jrue's one year high USG% compared to Tyreke's
3 years here:
25.1 USG%
37.0 AST%
14.8 TOV%
and
26.3 USG%
32.2 AST%
15.6 TOV%

Jrue: 124 games
Reke: 176 games
Reke has been healthier, nobody will argue that.
Here's Reke last year vs Holiday this year, even including his inefficient start to the season.
Tyreke: 103 ORTG, 107 DRTG, 26.1 USG%, 32.7 AST%, 16.0 TOV%
Jrue: 105 ORTG, 109 DRTG, 28.6 USG%, 37.6 AST%, 13.3 TOV%
Same ORTG-DRTG differential, Jrue has a higher USG%, but a better AST% and lower TOV%.
