I'll throw Josh Booty into the mix. HS Baseball/Football superstar.
Straight to minor league baseball as 5th overall MLB draft pick and gets to the big show based mostly on defense but only gets 7 career hits.
Comes back to college for football and is a decent college QB. Gets drafted in 6th round and never plays in an NFL game.
