Again, doesn't sound that great.

If you max out your contribution of 18,000, you will receive $4,500.

If I put in $5,000, I get $4,000 (as previously stated 100% up to 3% and 50% up to 5%). If I put in 18,000, I still have $4,000 or only $500 less.

I mean, you still win, but it isn't a Trump YUUUUUGE win.
