I took measurements today for the 1st time in 2 months (Just got back into the gym right before the holidays)
Chest - up 1/2"
Arm - up .75"
Waist - down 2 3/4"
Hips - down 2"
Thighs - up 4"
Weight - Started at 211 - down to 204 (I'm 6'1")
Feels good to see the progress.

I want my bench to get to 335 and my goal is a 500 pound squat by the end of the year, got a ways to go... I hit 295 easily today so I think I can hit ~315.

Did military press, Arnold press, and single arm cable rows. Short day but glad i got something in.
My legs are destroyed from 3 days a week of hitting them right now. frick mid range pause squats and rear foot elevated pause split squats.

Can't do much nursing a rotator cuff injury. Working left arm on chest day. Did reps of overhead press with 115 with left arm today.
