We've been legal since 2012 and we don't have cops and lawyers starving in the streets and the people in the hood still find a way to get by.

Ya that is in Washington, not Louisiana. Demographics and demand for certain jobs are a huge factor in what will make legal weed a positive VS a negative in any given state.
