Who voted for this guy, that's what terrifies me. I graduated from LSU twice, first year TOPS recipient...I moved away from LA for the Brain drain, got a 3rd degree, I now make good money.
My wife is begging to move back to LA to be close to family with our young kids. But why? To make 40k+ less and pay more in taxes, where is the incentive? This governor is a joke, I'm ashamed of LA politics, always have been, but this is the worst... closest we will get is Texas now

For many of us, the incentive is the family your wife wants to be near. My wife and I would also make significantly more money out of state but we choose to be near our families.

So the TOPS incentive didn't keep you in state liked they claimed it would. Louisiana spending TOPS on you was a waste of taxpayer money.
