Bring a friend with you and see if they can deposit cash into your account. It won't happen.
Edited to state: Deposit CASH into your account.
If you go to a branch where they know you, they may not ID you but they are supposed to. Go to a branch where they don't know you and see if you can deposit to your account without an ID.

I use Capital One and don't have any complaints. I have used regions and chase in the past and they can go bankrupt for all I care.

I think you need to fact check who the official bank of the Tigers is......Capital One has been the bank of the Togers for years.
