Yep. I think if you move to a wilderness area for work and are a career guy, scenery may not count for much. That ain't me. I'm here for the experience and it never gets old.


I never get enough of the mountain views I have in the NW and it doesn't compare to AK. I was in Anchorage last October but unfortunately the weather wasn't great but we still got a lot of great views.

I don't mind the weather, prefer snow to rain. I like the gray, misty, moody days and the sunny days all the same.

Sept-October are the worst weather months. Lots of storms moving up the Gulf.
