Let's hope so. Would be sad to see it get split up into 1,000 different parcels

My family had 5000 acres that got split up and sold about a month ago. One of the most heartbreaking things I've had to go through in my life. The ranch was near Marble Falls in the Texas hill country and had been in the family since 1885. Greedy cousins did us in. The worst part is talking to one of the buyers and hearing that he wants to split it up into 50 acre ranchettes.

I know how you feel. My grandpa has land and is currently in hospice care. I was raised on a house living out there and it's going to be eventually split up. My dads siblings have no reason to keep their share and it would be too expensive to buy it all from them. Going to suck

My grandfather sold his half of 1500 acres last May. Hurt like hell to see it go. Especially since it feels like his BiL took advantage of his dementia. He was fine most days, but some days he couldn't think clearly.
