If Cam is ever down 31 points and not sulking on the sideline and he leads his team to an "almost" improbable win, then yeah I would say he is my leader regardless of the outcome. My definition of a leader is not based on wins and losses. It is how that person carries himself on the field regardless of the score. Wilson could have easily said frick it and just give up. He did not. It was not garbage time. It was the playoffs. Carolina fans were shitting themselves bc they thought Seattle would come back to win. If Seattle had 4 min left in the game they would have won.

Theres so much More to being a leader than what goes on during the games.
We don't have access to what goes on in the locker room, practices, OTAs, etc, etc so the way for us as fans to be able to see what teams have great leadership is to look at the results. When you nit pick certain scenarioa and say this is why he isn't a leader well you're making your decision off of incomplete information to say the least. You ever think for a second that others qbs sulk too. But it just isn't put on camera by the man in truck who decides what shot he wants to show you. Come on bro.
