2 was the best. I played a few all nighters with that game.

I also had a game where Gandhi threatened someone with nukes. My spaceship had already launched and the purple civ respawned as India. They came to me begging for help because they were under attack. I rush built a nuke and gave it to him. On the next series of turns there was a travelers report that the war had ended.
