I didn't say you had to tiptoe around all black people forever, dipshit, but in today's culture am I taking extra care not to offend any new minority hire in the office setting, as a superior, with a known heated topic ? You bet your arse.
That's not racism, it's knowing the environment we live in.

So you're saying that black people intimidate you with their propensity towards a victim psyche. You treat them differently than you would a white guy because they are always offended. Man, you're just full of soft racism today.
