Wasn't the only bad thing he did last night either. He had a terrible night, completely by his own doing. It is what it is. Stop making excuses. He sucked.

This I agree with, I just don't think it has much to do with his play on the field.

And far be it from me to defend Cam - I just don't like the guy. He turned in a great, MVP-worthy season and I'm not going to take away from that.
But - he is not a dominant QB. He is a one-of-a-kind athlete who plays the position well enough to make a difference for his team and earn the league MVP.
He was exposed yesterday by the best defense in the NFL - he doesn't have to play them every week though. And, I will say this - I have a suspicion that he was "nicked" to borrow Miles' term of art. He didn't move like he normally does and made very few plays with his feet down the stretch.
But, losing the football game wasn't the problem. The way he comported himself in the loss speaks volumes about his character. He is not a person, IMHO, who can be relied upon in a true crisis or time of adversity. We'll see how he and the panthers bounce back, but it doesn't look good so far.
And Cam isn't a kid anymore. He's a grown arse man. To sulk around like a 14-year old - strike that, I've seen 14 and 15 year olds handle a loss better. For such a big, strong player, he looked awfully small yesterday in the loss.
