He was 6'5, she is 5'5 and was 7 months pregnant. In the video of her at the police station with her grandma (unaware she was being recorded) she said he was messing with the tv and she pushed him (after arguing, which she admitted to Dr. Phil) Witnesses said he went out the window face forward so the only way that big guy got pushed by her was with his back to her and caught off guard (in my opinion of course)
She also had hit him with a lamp in a previous fight and he needed head staples and stitches, so we know she had a temper.
She claimed he was a drug user and dealer but his toxicology was clean. Those things stay in the system for awhile so it seems he hadn't been using. She claimed he was kicked out of the Air Force for drug use, but his discharge was honorable (but early) Would the AF discharge honorably if they caught him using drugs?

No point in over-thinking it IMO.
She pushed him out the window to his death. Perhaps she wasn't specifically trying to push him out the window to his death. But that's what she did. She's guilty.

It wouldn't be dishonorable, and to a civilian, a general discharge would like be the same as an honorable discharge.

He may have negotiated an honorable discharge. That doesn't tell the story really. My BIL was "honorably" discharged from Army basically as a favor to him. Anger issues and mental health were the real reason he was kicked out.
