If I was the restaurant owner, I would be horribly ashamed at what you are doing. If you were an employee, I'd fire you immediately for tarnishing our reputation that hasn't even been built yet on social media/TD.
You clearly don't come onto this website, but nothing good has ever come from an owner/manager/etc. signing up to fight with customers. In fact, all they did was ruin the majority's opinion about them. This happens on Yelp a lot as well. Y'all claim to know so much about the restaurant industry, but if you did, you would know that social media/review websites can be a restaurant-killer. Don't think for one second that people won't spread the word if you're in here acting like a jerk. Your business will not survive on friends and family only, so get your shite together.. edit your posts.. and leave this website before you hurt business even more.
