Brown em good
stuff them w deer sausage and a wedge (almost half dependingo n orange size) and add water/stock
Baek until you can pull em apart with a fark when poking them.
After that, I put pot on stove to finish the gravy after taking the birds out.
Throw away the oranges. I then completely debone all of the meat of the birds.
I put the sausage and all the meat back into the pot and serve that wonderful pot of mess over a full plate of rice.
*oranges---or any ingredient are optional. I did it for Christmas and the women all agreed it was the best theyve ever eaten. I sweetens the flavor and helps with those who don't always enjoy the wilder taste.
Also, feel free to inject the birds with a merinade of choice.
Just cant mess them up unless you overcook!![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)
