Well hell, if the guy in the video can't taste the difference between the trash and the real filet, where can I get some of this enzyme? I'll load up on Walmart stew meat and invite all my friends over!

Not quite. A mcrib is the disgusting trimmings. This was the ribs broken down beautifully and formed to almost one complete set of meat without that processed disgusting texture. They cooked the product sous vide then seared in the oven with a Korean style glaze. Texture was flawless. I give the chefs props on their talent.
