Getting put through the washing machine sucks

One time I was under the water for 30 seconds or so as two big 10'ers crested on top of me out of nowhere. As long as you're a strong swimmer and can hold your breath for a minute or more you're golden

Yep I can't even imagine the force generated when that wave crashes. I bet you would definitely be underwater for at least a minute. Geez watching that got me having flash backs to my bad wipeouts. I will stick with my 3-4 ft glass sets

I'm guessing on the scale of stoked to boned, you were further toward the boned side of things.

Three minutes is about all I could do. Those monster waves off the North Shore are a beast. Props to this dude.
