You must have missed the 'cooking' show where Gabrielle Hamilton served up tinned sardines, triscuits and yellow mustard to Daniel Bouloud, then they sat on a stoop in Hell's Kitchen and ate egg and cheese sandwiches and reminisced about all the hookers that used to populate the area back when....too late to out-hipster that unless maybe you want to make Pabst Snowballs and serve them on wife-beater tablecloths.
