Love the french dishes. I'd try canned seafood. I like wine even though labeling it natural does nothing for me. Looks like a beautiful spot except the chairs look uncomfortable as shite. The big turnoff for me is the secretive stuff. Just be normal.

I dont read it as secret. Perhaps they are introverts. Not every restaurant that opens needs a media crew, PR announce, and a personable, loud chef with a pork chop tattoo who wants to tell you about his food vision.
Love people jumping on canned seafood who have only experienced it in a hazing ritual. It, and to a larger extent most cooking techniques, are based in preservation and making fresh food last. We have only recently been able to really "eat seasonally"
