Is the Ipod touch a big help for them with the voice features? And if so, is there a big difference between the fifth and sixth generations? Thanks.

One of my best friends is blind. He can see out of a tiny pinhole on one eye. That's the entirety of his sight.

He has had every type of iPod that had a wheel where you could hear clicks as you went through albums and songs.
