While I miss NCAA the problem with Kirk speaking out is that he was being paid and the players weren't.

What I don't understand is how is an NCAA video game any different than showing a college football game on TV, or showing CFB highlights on Sportscenter, or making a DVD of a Championship game? In all those cases, other people are making money without compensating the players.
