Any of you guys own one? I'm considering getting one. Just curious the pros and cons.

I like mine. I used two settings. One for during the workweek that has all my appointments on the face of the watch so I know what time my next calendar event is. And then I also have one for weekend normal. The only con I see so far is it is not waterproof.

I asked my friend who has one of it was waterproof and found out it wasn't. I'm sure they will figure that out in the future

What's your intended use?
Actually text people and call from it? Or just to kee up with your notifications?

I got one and brought it back 3 days later. A 500+ excuse not to take my phone out of my pocket. shite texting, putting music on it is a nightmare, most of the apps rely on your phone, and if you're out of Bluetooth range it's pretty worthless.

Apple Watches are trashy.

Pointless. Won't ever catch on like Apple hoped because it is pointless.

My little FitBit caller ID's incoming calls. That's prob the only thing I'd used an Apple Watch for - besides telling time.

For me, yes. I like mine.
What you have to understand is that it's a watch. It's not a phone or toy you frick with all the time. If you're looking for your iPhone on your wrist, don't get it.

If you have the means to buy a device that keeps you from having to take your phone out of your pocket, buy it. I have one and absolutely love it, but don't expect a ton out of it other than removing a first world problem from your life.

Beepers went of fashion in the early 1990s, and now you idiots want to bring them back with a "notification watch"
its a step backwards in technology, a futile purchase only sheep would consider

I see lots of techy wannabe's and douchefags wearing them.

So you're too poor to afford one?
Got it.
Got it.

couple of the younger guys at work have them and they like them a lot...of course, they just generally like gadgets, so I am not sure how much actual usefulness they are getting.
one very cool use I have heard is people who can't hear too well or work in noisy environments can easily feel the thing vibrating when their phone rings, so they no longer miss calls...

What I also really like about it is the wrist strap swapping. I can change my watch look within 10 seconds. I have a g-shock looking strap; cognac/brown leather; black athletic; silver/metallic. This way I don't have to buy 5 watches.

They are starting to catch on. I'm seeing a lot of them on people. I think they are selling better than apple hoped. I also plan to get one.

I received one as gift from work. I gave it to my daughter.
Neither of us enthralled with it.

If you're into fitness (running/working out, etc), you will love. It's an activity tracker on steroids.

I quit wearing a watch years ago when I starting carrying a phone that had the time. I enjoy having one less item to put on and keep up with. Not going back.
