I never feel great when I wake up...
I feel good with 8+...
Anything under 7 and I am struggling the next day...
ETA: I am typically pretty sleepy when I go to bed and fall asleep in 30 seconds...

I have heard of people who always feel bad when they wake up. I don't think that's normal. If I get a full nights sleep I don't feel bad at all, and actually waking up is much quicker.
