Harris might have all the pure athletic talent as Watson, but he's a FAR way off in the mental department. Harris needs to spend this offseason doing some serious film study

It's how he's being coached. He's being coached not to screw up....instead of to be a great player and make plays. Look at the system. He has 1 or 2 receivers on most routes unless it's 3rd and long. He's being failed by coaching.

Let's not forget Harris is a real Sophomore. He's still young and getting better. If he continues to develop with Cam's coaching, maybe we will see more elaborate route combinations next year that will really open up our offense. I'm more optimistic than some of our posters that we WILL be better next season.

Hmm Watson has more than 2 WR, use of an athletic tight end and they actually have check downs on every play.

Harris isn't in the same league as Watson. Harris is probably the worst QB in college football right now. He isn't capable of running an offense other than what you saw this season. As of now anyway but maybe he will get better. I hope so but the real concern should be why such a huge program like LSU can't find QB's. Next year is no different than the last 9 years with one anomaly, Mett. Great talent, great receivers and no QB. I don't think as of now we even have a QB locked in...again. All eggs were put in the Franks basket and he jumped ship. Maybe this Rutgers guy? I sure hope Etling can win the job. Harris needs to make tremendous improvements to even be considered.
