If we don't sign a top QB in 2016 then we absolutely have to in 2017. Otherwise I don't care how many great players we sign at every other position we arent winning any trophies

Other than that there is no such thing as a must get. Divinity was a must get this year. Lawrence was a must get this year. Fournette was a must get in 2014. There are no must gets other than a QB if we don't sign one in 2016

Baylor scored 50+ with their 4th string qb in the bowl game.

Truth, but I'm 100% sure we would have scored 60 on Unc with fournette lining up under center.

Having Aranda at DC now should certainly help our chances with Moses, I would think!

Yeah. He was pretty upset when LSU didn't have a DC. Like we were just going to roll without one....

I think it's better for everyone o expect Moses to go to Bama and start accepting it now. That's gonna be one of the biggest melt threads in the history of the RB.

This is the kind of thread that sucks arse.

Recruits read the boards. Their parents read the boards. Everyone should know these facts by now.

But this thread is going to piss people off by saying Recruit A is a "must get" but Recruit B is a NOT a "must get."

And what's the payoff for this thread? What is achieved?
HINT: There is NO payoff. It's just a bunch of drivel based upon an analysis with no criteria.

Every player that signs with LSU is important.

Every player that commits elsewhere is NOT a "must get."

Threads that talk about a specific recruit are great.
Threads that discuss negative non-objective factors about a recruit or negative opinions on off-field factors concerning a recruit tend to suck.
Threads that attempt to categorize some recruits as "must gets" and others as NOT "must gets" tend to suck arse.

Ur reading to much into this dude. My question is more of a "I'm not familiar with a lot of the guys in 2017, so besides the "obvious name that will be thrown out there (Moses), who else do we target, go after badly or get"

Take ur midol before u post again.

Nothing negative against a specific recruit or young man was said in anything that I asked

Moses is the obvious answer, but hes a Louisiana boy that openly roots for the Tide. Although he's very physically imposing, doesnt have the best highlight tape from a LB. He was all LSU until he jumped on the BAMA train when LSU had a slight down moment with Miles.

Ill be rooting for us to pull other players as opposed to a BAMA lover that flip flops
