Tonight's show was very good. Some interesting talent. The judges were pretty entertaining, too.
I'm already mad that they're going to pick 12 girls and 12 guys rather than the best singers overall.

haven't seen the 1/7 show yet. But the Wednesday show was ok.
seems like a lot of country singers.
manbun was ok
the girl with the big violin thing. no idea what it is. she sucked and looked weird
the one young black guy was really good.
skinny dread girl was ok
the weird "dark" as the called him guy was terrible.
manbun's wife wasn't good but she was better than some that got through.
poor ole billy bob, they broke his big ole heart.

Only saw one Louisiana contestant Richard from raceland, la.... He said he was way down the bayou... That ain't even below the intercostal...

That contest ended last night when this 15yr old auditioned. She's won already.

bayou boy as surprisingly good given his palette issues.

there was a guy from lafayette, mckenzie bourg, that the newspaper said would be on the show, and they never showed him, or did i just miss it?

I don't recall anyone from Lafayette, but I could have missed him. He just may not have been on the show yet. Seemed like they skipped around a bit.
