I don't even calculate it like that to be honest. I have a series of billable hour requirements, which I met.

I hate the way we do it. We get penalized for taking paid sick/vacation. I think there might be 1 associate that actually hit 85 but the managers get stingy with the work when it's slow for obvious reasons. I'm also a new hire so I get the scraps.
