I have. Definitely not an OT crowd, but the bar is doing very well. New years eve there will be ridiculous. There is definitely a market for this bar.

You don't think this place might possibly meet the same fate The Office did? It catered to that crowd and, if you remember, the building interior was beautiful. But people stopped going after a while.
