I dont know anything about this 12 year old kid, but I can tell you 12 year old kids in NOLA would know what they are doing. These 12-13 year old kids here commit armed robberies and shite, with real guns, not fake ones.

Well he's not a 12 year old kid in NOLA. He's a 12 year old kid in Cleveland so your point doesn't make sense
