I dont know anything about this 12 year old kid, but I can tell you 12 year old kids in NOLA would know what they are doing. These 12-13 year old kids here commit armed robberies and shite, with real guns, not fake ones.

Abso fricking lutely.

I had a shitty little bow an arrow as a 10 year old, literally as cheaply made as you can possibly get an lucky to get it in a bail of hay.

Police Officer drives by sees me shooting it in the front yard, stops because apparently that was illegal in the city limits, wtf, I immediately drop it and go inside whenever I see him doing that.

Then again.... that's probably not the best choice to go away either.... shite...
