re: Is it patronizing to say "Merry Christmas" if you don't believe in God/Jesus?

I still say it just to make things easier for everyone around me (we are in the deep south), but I draw the line at "God Bless You" and "God Save You" when someone sneezes because I believe it is rude and insults their intelligence.
